How it works

From a blank room to a plan you can act on.

Every step explains what it's doing and why, so you finish knowing what to move, not just where.

  1. Step one: choosing the room type, size and front door1Tell us about the room

Pick the room type, drag the sliders to its size and tap the wall with the door. Typical sizes for your region fill in first.

  2. Step three: flicking through layout suggestions with scores2See it laid out

We suggest arrangements that keep walkways clear and suit feng shui. Flick through them and pick the one you like.

  3. Step four: the room's feng shui score and wealth corner3Read the room

What the planner checks

Three ideas decide most of the score.

Feng shui has many layers. These three matter most in an everyday room, so they're what we look at first.

Your wealth corner

Stand in the doorway and look in. The far left corner is the wealth area. We show you where it is and what would suit it.

Command position

Beds, desks and sofas should see the door on a diagonal, with a solid wall behind. We draw the line of sight for you.

Walkways

Comfortable space to walk around beds, tables and doors, using standard clearances for where you live.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else? Email hello@xun.studio.

Do I need to know feng shui or design?

No. We ask simple questions and explain each result in plain words.

Is it based on real feng shui?

It uses the traditional bagua map, command position, the five elements and kua numbers. We present them as guidance for a calmer, better-arranged home, not as promises.

Where is my plan saved?

In your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded. You can export a copy any time.

What's the difference between the two paid options?

A room reading covers one room. The complete home plan covers every room, plus a move list, shopping list and printable plan pack.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If something doesn't work as described, email us with your receipt and we'll put it right.
