What Xun Studio is
Xun Studio is an online tool for planning furniture layouts and exploring traditional feng shui ideas. Feng shui notes are offered for reflection and enjoyment. They are not financial, health, legal or professional design advice.
Measurements and clearances
Sizes and clearance checks follow common residential practice for the region you choose. They are a planning aid, not a building-compliance assessment. Check measurements on site before buying furniture or doing building work.
Paid readings
A Room reading unlocks the full report for one room. A Complete home plan unlocks every room in the plan, plus the move list, shopping list and plan pack. Both are digital products, paid once through Stripe, and unlock straight away in the browser you used to buy them. Keep a printed or PDF copy if you want it on another device.
Refunds
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something doesn't work as described, email hello@xun.studio with your receipt and we'll make it right.
Affiliate links
Some suggested cures link to products at other retailers. We may earn a commission if you buy through those links, at no extra cost to you. Retailers are responsible for their own products, delivery and returns.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
